A 47 year old patient came to casualty fallen from the first floor of the building on 26-03-2022 at 10 am in nalgonda

History of present illness;
During his daily work he had slipped from the the first floor of the building he had suffered with intense pain in lower back and left foot

Past history;
He is diabetic since 5 year and hypertensive patient since 5 years

Personal history;
He is a daily worker
No loss of appetite
Diet mixed
Bowel movement regular
Micturation is normal

Family history;
Diabetes-no
Heart diseases-no
Hypertension-no

Vitals;
Temp-97.8
Pulse-100bpm
Respiration rate- 22cpr
Spo2-97%
Blood sugar-237
Bp-180/100

Systemic examinations;

cardiac murmurs : No

Diagnosis; 
Post traumatic L2 burst
And T12,L1,L3,L4 deficts and left foot fracture

Treatment;
T12,L1 to L4 posterior stabilization with pedicle screw and L2 laminectomy posterio lateral fusion
